What is included in your service fee?
Our pricing varies by destination and service plan, but generally includes:
journey planning, export documentation, customs coordination, health certificate support, departure inspection assistance, and destination-side clearance or handover (country dependent).
Airline pet transport fees, routine veterinary care (such as microchipping and standard vaccinations) are not included.
Is the quoted price final?
Initial quotes are provided as a budget range to help you understand the overall cost level.
Once you confirm your intent to proceed,
we review all details—pet size, breed, transport method, crate requirements, locations, and country regulations — and provide a finalized quotation before execution.
Why is your service priced higher than others?
Our service is not limited to document handling.
It covers end-to-end journey design, risk assessment, process coordination across borders, and multi-stage verification.
Clients are not paying for paperwork alone, but for a structured, low-risk experience from departure to arrival.
Can I manage the process myself?
Yes, but it requires significant time, coordination, and familiarity with country-specific regulations.
Common challenges include document formatting errors, timing misalignment, transit-country requirements, and airline compliance issues.
Our role is to reduce these risks and the cost of trial and error.

How long does preparation usually take?
Preparation time depends on the destination.
Most countries require 3–6 months.
High-control destinations such as Australia or Singapore often require 6 months or more.
We create a personalized timeline at the start and manage all key milestones proactively.
What documents are typically required?
Requirements vary by country, but commonly include:
rabies vaccination records, antibody testing (where applicable), health certificates issued by authorities, and export/import permits for certain destinations.
Accuracy and timing are critical.
We design the document sequence to prevent delays or rework.
Do you assist with departure and arrival procedures?
Yes.
We support export inspections, customs processes, and flight coordination at departure.
At destination, we work with local partners
to prepare clearance in advance.
For cargo-only countries, quarantine and handover are coordinated end to end.

How do I choose the right transport method for my pet?
The appropriate transport method depends on multiple factors, including destination regulations, airline policies, your pet’s size, breed, health condition, and travel schedule.
Some destinations allow accompanied baggage travel, while others require cargo-only entry.
We evaluate these conditions early and recommend the safest, fully compliant option before the process begins.
Is pet airfare included in your quote?
No. Transport costs vary widely depending on whether your pet travels as accompanied baggage or cargo.
For accompanied travel, tickets and airline fees are paid directly to the airline.
For cargo transport, we can arrange bookings and provide a separate quotation.
What should I know about accompanied baggage travel?
Airline policies differ by route, aircraft type, season, pet size, and breed.
Direct flights are preferred.
Transit routes may involve additional requirements.
If conditions are not suitable, we may recommend switching to cargo for safety and compliance.
Are brachycephalic (short-nosed) breeds allowed to fly?
Restrictions are common due to health risks.
Some airlines limit transport seasonally or require cargo-only routing.
We assess timing, route, aircraft, and environmental conditions to propose the safest viable option.
Do you provide transport crates?
For accompanied baggage, clients usually provide their own crate.
We verify compliance with IATA standards.
For cargo transport, certified IATA crates are typically arranged by us and included in the cargo quotation.
D|Additional Support
Do you assist with microchipping and vaccinations?
Routine medical procedures are not included in our fees.
However, we verify records for compliance and can provide on-site document checks with partner clinics when applicable.
What if I cannot be present for every step?
Our service is designed for flexibility.
We provide progress tracking, advance reminders, and—when authorized—can act on your behalf for specific procedures.
You are never expected to manage the process alone.
